Sarah
Sarah sought treatment with Dr. Brown for a severe Class 2 malocclusion (overbite). She also had constricted upper and lower arches with considerable
crowding (as seen in the before photos). Sarah started her treatment with lower braces and a lower expansion appliance. After a few months, we started
the upper arch with braces and a Rapid Palate Expander to improve her arch form and make room for all her permanent teeth. Sarah also wore an Herbst
appliance to correct her Class 2 skeletal malocclusion (also called overjet). What a wonderful and dramatic result!!!
